Description
Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG “I’Terzo” is a deep ruby red wine with violet hues. Fresh and floral, with fruity scents on the nose. Soft and slightly tannic wine, a great match for tuscan sliced meats, but fits perfectly with all Tuscan dishes such as roasts, grilled meats and cheeses.
Production Method
Cold maceration to improve the extraction of the primary aromas. Fermentation in small cement tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged in cement tanks and then in the bottle for 8 months.
