Toscana Bianco IGT “Sangiovese Sbagliato” has a white color with pinkish hues typical of Sangiovese wines. On the nose it’s simple and straightforward, with floral hints mixed with fruitiness. Moderately acidic, good body typical of Sangiovese. Fruity and persistent.
Production method
After destemming-crushing, the solid parts are quickly separated from the liquid part. After that, the normal steps of a white wine making process are carried out.
Duration of bottle aging is at least 3 months.
