Description
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose Toscana Bianco IGT “Sauvignon” is gentle, with aromas of citrus fruits in particular pink grapefruit. A fruity, savory and fresh wine, moderately acidic with good aftertaste.
It is perfect as an aperitif but also accompanied by appetizers, main courses from light dressing, soups, risottos, fish and medium ripe cheese.

Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel 16° C.
