Straw yellow with greenish reflections. It smells of nice fruity and citrus notes. The taste has a good structure. It is fruity and dry.
Harvested by hand with selection of grapes. Maceration at low temperature, settling of must after destemming and gentle pressing. Temperature controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged in steel vats and then 2 months in bottle before release.
