Description

The grapes are 100% nebbiolo coming from the cru of Gramolere. Riserva is a selection made only in the best vintages. Rich and enveloping. Ripe fruit and floral notes. Spicy ending with nutmeg and pepper. The color is ruby red with deep garnet reflections. The taste is vigorous and well-structured. Vanilla and tobacco well blended with the sweet and powerful tannins.

Production method

Harvested by hand in small crates. Delicate destemming to protect the skin. Natural fermentation with the skin for 30 to 40 days in stainless steel tanks. Aged for over 50 months in oak casks then refined in steel vats before bottling.
