Description

The grapes are 100% nebbiolo, coming from a little parcel in Gramolere cru. The vineyard is more thant 50 years old. Barolo Bricat is a classy, polished and pretty Barolo featuring full body, chewy tannins and intense and flavorful finish. Rich, vigorous and persistent. Notes of blackberry, blueberry, walnut and chocolate. The color is ruby red with garnet notes. The taste is complex, elegant, evident tannins that envelop the palate.

Production method

Harvested by hand in small crates. Delicate destemming to protect the skin. Natural fermentation with the skin for 30 to 40 days in stainless steel tanks. Aged for over 30 months in oak casks then refined in steel vats before bottling, with no clarification nor filtration.
