The grapes are 100% Nebbiolo coming from the cru of Castelletto. They are picked at the first ten days of October. The color is ruby red with garnet notes of medium intensity. The taste is warm, pleasant, with a good tannic balance, sapid.
Harvested by hand in small crates. Delicate destemming to protect the skin. Spontaneous fermentation with the skins in stainless steel tanks for over 30 to 40 days. Aged 30 months in natural oak casks. Natural decantation in concrete tanks with no clarification nor filtration.
