Description
Albόre is the first wine born at our winery “Terre di Perseto”. Ruby red in color, with a lovely complexity perceived in the nose. It has a dense fruit core with notes of violet, iris and spices. Complex, savory and elegant, with a well-balanced body, smooth tannins and a pleasant freshness. Albόre is a wine of exceptional drinkability: elegant, with a well-defined character and full of aromas and scents. It’s a great Chianti Classico DOCG wine that lends itself to be combined with countless dishes.
Production method
Fermentation at a controlled temperature with repeated pumping-over and délestage; maceration for 15-25 days (depending on the year).
