We obtain Terre Astesane Rosé from selected Barbera grapes and we carefully vinify it at controlled temperature. It has a light ruby red color and a floral scent, soft and delicate taste.
Accompanies appetizers, light dishes, salads, seafood, fish and white meats.
Production method
Vinification in rosé with pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the must at controlled temperature.
