In a bottle of Barbera del Monferrato frizzante “Testa Calda” you’ll find 100% Barbera grapes from Mombercelli. “Testa Calda” it’s not just a ruby red wine, intense, full-bodied with fruity aroma, but it’s a sparkling wine with a fresh and dry aftertaste. Ready and easy to drink, you’ll be surprised by the variety of occasions you may use it. Ideal with salami and fresh cheese, appetizers and main meat dishes.
The typical vinification of Barbera del Monferrato in red, with 8 days of maceration on the skins. At the end of the fermentation, we rack the free-run wine and transfer it into clean tanks, where it decants for a few days. The wine then ages 3 months in steel.
