Description
This biological wine is ruby red, with purple reflexes. The aroma features pronounced fruity notes of cherry, currant and blueberry opening towards perfumes of thyme, juniper, red rose. The taste is ample, rich, harmonious and well-structured. Elegant and powerful, but also fresh and possessing well-evolved tannins.
Production method
Harvested by hand. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged in cement vats and barriques for 16-18 months.
