Description
The colour is ruby red, with purple reflexes. It features delicate fruity notes of prune, blueberry, raspberry and red rose. The taste is rich, harmonious and well-structured, having a pleasant ending reminding of prune jam.
Production method
Harvested by hand. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged in cement vats and barriques for 16-18 months.
