White Wine Tuscan IGT is a type of product that the market appreciates more and more: dry white wines, for meals, are, in fact, the ideal accompaniment for every day. Our white wine is a simple but quality wine, produced in Tuscany with Malvasia (40%) and Trebbiano (60%), on vineyards with 5500 vines per hectare and a production of 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.

White Wine Tuscan IGT has a pale straw yellow color, with a slight tendency towards greenish, brilliant. The bouquet offers floral aromas of acacia and wildflowers, with slight hints of slightly ripe yellow apple. The taste has a pleasant acidity that gives freshness and simplicity of taste, with notes of wildflowers and yellow apple. It pairs perfectly with fish-based first and second courses, salads, vegetables, or fresh cheeses such as pecorino.

Serve at a temperature of 10° C.

It has an alcohol content of 12%.

Production method

After manual harvesting, the must undergo slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (below 20°C). In this way, the floral aromas of the grapes and the fruity ones that develop during vinification are preserved in the best way. At the end of vinification, the product matures in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. This is followed by refinement in bottles for at least 2 months before release for consumption.
