Table white Wine is a type of product that the market appreciates more and more: dry white wines light and fruity are, in fact, the ideal accompaniment for everyday meals.
Our white wine is a simple but quality wine, produced in Tuscany with Trebbiano (60%), Grechetto (20%), and Malvasia (20%), on vineyards with 5500 vines per hectare and a production of 100 quintals of grapes per hectare.

Theia table white wine has a pale straw yellow color, with a slight tendency towards greenish, brilliant. The bouquet offers floral aromas of acacia and wildflowers, with slight hints of a slightly ripe yellow apple. The taste has a pleasant acidity that gives freshness and simplicity of taste, with notes of wildflowers and yellow apples. It pairs perfectly with fish-based first and second courses, salads, vegetables, or fresh cheeses such as pecorino.
Serve at a temperature of 10° C.
It has an alcohol content of 12%.

Production method

After manual harvesting, the juice undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (below 20°C). In this way, the floral aromas of the grapes and the fruity ones that develop during vinification are preserved in the best way. At the end of vinification can be immediately prepared for being bottled and released for consumption.
