Description
The Rosato di Gracciano reminds of violets. A selection of the best hand-picked of Prugnolo Gentile grapes creates our vibrant and sophisticated rosé wine. Intense, persistent, fruity, hints of cherry, raspberry and rose. The taste is dry, fresh, sapid, persistent, with a fruity finish.
Production method
Harvested by hand. Cryomaceration on the skins for 4-5 hours and fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature.
