This sparkling wine is produced in small quantities. The grapes are carefully selected and picked in San Gregorio’s own vineyards located in the heart of Valdobbiadene. Pale gold in color with greenish reflections. Intense bouquet with a hint of green apple and white peach. Inviting, and harmonic flavor, soft and refreshing on the palate. Pair this wine with cookies and pies, sweet cheeses and desserts, or fresh fruit.
