With over 5000 olive trees, our company has always produced a refined extra virgin olive oil. Three typical varieties of olives: frantoio, moraiolo and leccino.
Collected directly by hand from the plants, the olives are brought to the mill on the same day of collection, are crushed and processed no more than 30 minutes in order to maintain a high quality of the oil produced. As soon as it is produced, the colour is green with yellow highlights. The taste is herbaceous, fresh with notes of ripe artichoke and a light bitter finish. A noble food essential for our Mediterranean diets in the convenient 0.5-litre bottle.
