Vino Rosato IGT is a lively, fruity wine from 100% Sangiovese grapes. This dry, savoury wine has a lively acidity, therefore it’s ideal for the summer days. On the nose, it has an intense fruity aroma of cherry, white peach and floral notes of english rose.
We produce Vino Rosato IGT with the French “saignée” method. The juice is bled off, then we transfer it to stainless steel tanks for fermentation for 15 days at 17-18°C. The wine ages for a further 2 months.
100% Sangiovese grapes. Dry, savoury with lively acidity.
