Description

The color of the wine is ruby-red with garnet shadings; a fruity flavor with traces of cherry and ripe fruit. On the palate, the wine appears to be of medium structure, typically well balanced, fully flavored and persistent in its aftertaste.

Production method

Harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The varietals are aged separately for 20 months in oak casks. The cuvee is further aged for 4 to 6 months in cement tanks before bottling.
