Very intense ruby red. It smells of dried violet, with hints of the Mediterranean, red and black currants, notes of blackberry. The taste is full, warm and soft, full-bodied, well structured.
The well-ripened grapes are harvested manually, de-stemmed, crushed and left to macerate in temperature-controlled tanks. In this phase, frequent but short pumping over favors the passage of the noblest and sweetest compounds into the must. Aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks. Development in bottle 7-10 years.
