WiLo Club was born out of a desire to improve, facilitate and promote the connection between worldwide consumers and small Italian wineries. WiLo is short for “wine lover” and we believe it simply defines the core sentiment shared by the hard working winemakers and everyone who truly enjoys and appreciates a good wine.
With decades of experience in logistics and shipping on behalf of hundreds of wineries we have decided to create a modern marketplace to enable wineries to showcase and sell their products and for consumers to have a simple method of connecting and ordering their products directly from the source.

From the comfort of your home, you are just a few clicks and a short wait away from enjoying your new favorite wine, coming to you straight from a picture-perfect vineyard in Italy. We do all the heavy logistics lifting for you, to make this experience the ‘next best thing’ to actually being there yourself (we could probably help with that too*).
On the flip side, WiLo Club gives our beloved Italian winemakers the opportunity to showcase and offer their products to an international audience, with confidence in our seamless and reliable cellar to door service.

Why WiLo Club?
On WiLo Club you can explore the world of small Italian wineries and have access to products generally not available through the traditional chain of importers, distributors and retailers.
What’s more, you support small winemakers who pour their efforts, resources and love in making their products and who deserve to be represented on the international market.
Feel confident that your purchase is secured by a trusted processing center and that we guarantee a fast cellar to door white glove service. Your precious wine will not be sitting weeks in warehouses or, worse still, in shipping yards/facilities. Should anything go wrong with the shipping we have your back.
Furthermore, enjoy significant cost savings by avoiding the middlemen normally involved in the wine trade.
In WiLo Club the wine prices are set by winemakers and your purchase is automatically split and routed directly to the winery for the wine and to the shipping company for all the transport, custom and handling fees.
As for special deals and seasonal discounts, we are in a unique position to coordinate them directly with the wineries. Since you are buying from them, those discounts are for your sole benefit.
Oh, and last but certainly not least, WE ARE GREEN! All of our packaging is made from recycled and biodegradable materials.
It makes things a little more costly but we believe it’s the right if not the only way forward.
How it works
The process in order to be fully compliant with regulations is a bit complex. However, we have worked hard to make it simple and straightforward for everyone.

First of all, before browsing for wines on wiloclub.com confirm that you are of legal age and enter the intended destination zip code. This allows us estimate shipping costs as well as let you know right away if the destination is serviceable (i.e. can we legally deliver wine there for you).

Immerse yourself in the world of our unique Italian partner wineries and their respective stores or search for your favourite wine either by maker, region, variety or brand.

Add to the cart the wines you desire. As you add products the cart will update and display the final cost to you based on the destination zip code.
Our cart has a few basic rules:
– Minimum order per winery is 3 bottles (and multiples of 3)
– You can order from as many wineries as you like
– Other products such as olive oil will count towards the minimum bottle order however, if less than six, they will be treated as wine and follow the same logistic process

Once you’re ready, proceed to the checkout and if it’s your first purchase, enter all the necessary information for payment and shipping.

You will receive an email with your order confirmation and usually within 24 hours a shipping confirmation (at which point we will process your payment). The time lag is necessary as it allows us to verify for you that the wine is in stock and ready to ship. We are working on implementing an inventory network which will eventually allow us to list availabilities in real time.

Wait a few days (5 to 10 working days) and get your corkscrew out! Meanwhile you can always follow our progress on the shipment tracking page.

Prepare a few good answers for the inevitable questions from your friends: “Where did you find this delicious wine?!”

Should you wish to find out more about the products or the wineries listed you can contact us or reach out directly to the winemakers. Should language or time-zone be a challenge, we are always here to help.
As detailed in the Terms & Conditions, title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from WiLo to the purchaser in Italy and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from Italy to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, WiLo is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WiLo, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
